The Delta Broker Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics is the basis of the values of Delta Broker AD Skopje and it is very important element for the efforts of the organization to establish and support the highest standards of education, integrity and rofessionalism of its staff. The high ethical standards are of key importance for maintaining the trust of the public on the financial market and the investments profession.

Violation of the Code of Ethics by the staff is violation of contracted and working duties. The staff of Delta Broker is obliged to:

1. act with integrity, authorization, reliability, respect, ethical attitude to the public, clients, potential clients, employers, staff, colleagues in the same field, as well as other participants in the global capital markets;

2. place the integrity of the investments profession and the interests of the clients before their own interests;

3. use rational level of care and independent professional judgement at performing the investment analysis, preparation of investment recommendations, overtaking investment activities and performing other professional activities;

4. practice and motivate the others to practice professional and ethical way of work, thus positively contributing to their own and the credibility of the profession;

5. promote the integrity of the capital markets and respect the rules regulating them;

6. maintain and upgrade their professional authority and aim at maintenance and upgrading of authorities of other investment experts.
