New price limitations on the Macedonian Stock Exchange

With respect to the market situation on the Macedonian stock market and the rapid price decrease of the securities traded on November 20, 2008, the Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange, in consultation with the Securities and Exchange Commission, on the session held on November 20, 2008, decided that the current allowed daily price fluctuations for trading in all securities will be decreased to +/- 5%, instead of +/- 10% from the base price in continuous trading regime and +/- 20% from the base price for the securities traded in fixing regime.

The Board decided to decrease the dynamic limits within the static daily price fluctuations in continuous trading regime from +/-3% to +/- 1.5%.

The implementation of those decisions of the Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange starts on November 21, 2008. The MSE Board of Directors will continue to observe the market situation and make decisions in accordance with it.

Decision on temporary excluding of MOJ BROKER AD Skopje and BETA BROKER AD Skopje

According to the provisions set forth in the Membership Rules of MSE which prescribe the continious conditions for MSE membership, the Macedonian Stock Exchange brought decisions on temporary excluding of MOJ BROKER AD Skopje and BETA  BROKER AD Skopje from the membership in the MSE, starting from 10.11.2008 until all continious conditions for MSE membership shall been fulfilled.

November 29, 2008 (Saturday) working but nontrading day for MSE

According to the Announcement of the Ministry of Labour and Social policy of the Republic of Macedonia, released on the web site of the Ministry on November 18, 2008, by which Ministry of Labour and Social policy announces that November 19, 2008 is a non working day (due to the organized activities for reforestation in the Republic of Macedonia) and November 29, 2008 will be working day, we inform you that instead of November 22, 2008, working but non trading day for Macedonian Stock Exchange will be November 29, 2008 (Saturday).
